It’s great to be grateful
Being grateful and having appreciation towards yourself and others goes a long way. Gratitude helped change my perspective, improve confidence. and lead me towards opportunities I prepared for. It’s great to be grateful, it’s only ever led me here.

how to approach someone with suicidal thoughts
As we continue to shed light on mental health and its affects I want to open the conversation to those who struggle with suicide. Suicidal thoughts can occur in anyone at any age and present differently from person to person. Educating ourselves on how to approach these conversations can offer help to those when they need it.
